• Monday - Saturday, Weekends Required.
• 1st Shift (07:00 AM - 04:00 PM)
• 2nd Shift (04:00 PM - 12:00AM)

Pay: $15.00 -$17.50 per hour (based on prior experience)

Job Description:

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations by managing inventory, assisting with shipments, operating a Forklift or Cherry-Picker, and ensuring efficient packing and unpacking processes.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and placement in designated areas.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining inventory, including labeling and stocking shelves as needed.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Perform heavy lifting of materials up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the workday.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required, including packing, sorting, and cleaning.
• Operate forklifts or cherry pickers equipment to lift and transport materials to and from high shelves and other elevated areas (not required but beneficial).

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating a forklift, cherry picker and other material handling equipment is preferred.
• Valid forklift certification and experience operating a forklift is preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50lbs) safely.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends if necessary.
