Located in Oshkosh, WI

Salary: $22.00 - $25.00 /HR

Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:00pm - 6:00am

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 /HR

Duties:

Operate press machines efficiently to meet production goals and quality standards.
Follow all safety protocols and machine operating procedures.
Adhere to job instructions and procedures outlined in work folders.
Complete shift paperwork and enter job data into the system.
Mount printing sleeves onto cylinders and install in the press.
Monitor and record viscosity and pH levels.
Inspect printed materials for quality control.
Perform roll changes and properly wrap finished rolls.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly preventative maintenance.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
3+ years of related experience or equivalent education/training.
Strong knowledge of printing equipment, machine operation, safety, and quality standards.
Proficient in basic math (whole numbers, fractions, decimals) and measuring (standard & metric).
Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and work instructions.
Proficient in computer use and relevant software.
Capable of identifying and assisting with minor mechanical repairs.
Physical requirements:
- Frequently lift/move up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, kneel, crouch, and crawl.
