Apartment Maintenance Technician

What You’ll Do

• Perform property maintenance tasks, including repairs, replacements, painting, appliance repair, pool/spa upkeep, grounds maintenance, and more.

• Quickly and efficiently prepare vacant apartments to be rent-ready according to company timeframes.

• Respond to maintenance requests on an immediate or on-call basis, including after business hours when needed.

• Identify and report property issues, ensuring the community is always in great physical condition.

• Operate safely when using equipment such as ladders, power tools, and hazardous materials to protect both residents and employees.

• Collaborate with the Resident Manager and Maintenance Supervisor to follow company policies and improve your skills through training opportunities.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in residential maintenance is required.

• Strong knowledge of basic maintenance tasks, such as appliance repair, painting, grounds upkeep, and pool/spa maintenance.

• 1 year of experience in pool maintenance.

• Someone physically capable of frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds as part of the job.

• Valid driver’s license required for traveling to and from job sites.

• Day Shift Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.
