We are hiring for a Customer Service/Planning Manager in Solon, OH. This role is responsible for issuing quotes, processing orders, managing inventory and assisting customer requirements or requests. 

Customer Service Planning Manager Daily Tasks:

•  Same day quoting of products leveraging available tools (i.e. worksheets, enterprise resource planning software and
  or CRM)
• Same day processing of customer email and telephone orders, price confirmations, and delivery inquiries
•  Actively seek opportunities to increase business with existing customers utilizing sales best practices and premier
  customer service
• Manage stock levels with a focus on availability and speed of turnover for key product families.
• Utilize supply chain best practices and reporting to keep management and internal team updated regarding stocking levels and
  fulfillment requirements.
• Manage and process customer returns as required, including capturing reason for return and application
  information

Customer Service Planning Manager Qualifications: 

•  5+ years of sales and purchasing related experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Good negotiation, problem‐solving, reasoning and listening skills
• High degree of organization with the ability to multitask 
•  2‐year college degree or Bachelor’s is preferred

Customer Service Planning Manager Pay: 

• $60,000/year
