About the Role:

A well-established condominium community on Siesta Key is seeking a Rental Program Manager to oversee and revitalize its rental office. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in vacation rental management, marketing, and program development. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing the rental program’s branding, outreach, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rental Program Oversight: Manage the daily operations of the rental office, ensuring seamless guest and owner experiences.
• Marketing & Branding: Lead the rebranding and marketing efforts to increase occupancy and attract new renters.
• Digital Presence & Outreach: Develop and maintain online listings, social media, and direct marketing campaigns to drive bookings.
• Guest Relations & Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for renters, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Reservations & Bookings: Oversee the reservation process, pricing strategies, and rental agreements.
• Compliance & Regulations: Ensure rental policies align with association rules and local regulations.
• Financial & Performance Tracking: Monitor rental program revenue, occupancy rates, and marketing effectiveness to drive profitability.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in rental program management, vacation property management, or hospitality operations.
• Strong marketing background, including branding, social media, and digital advertising.
• Ability to launch and execute a rebranding strategy for the rental program.
• Proficiency with reservation and property management software.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with the association board.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $75,000 annual salary
