Summary:

We are looking for a President / CEO. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. Experience managing multi-phase engineering projects. Strong knowledge of automotive equipment, manufacturing, and supply chain management. Must be fluent in Korean.

Qualifications:

• Management role
• Must be fluent in Korean, as frequent communication with HQ and Korean clients is required
• Ability to engage with OEMs, Tier 1, 2 suppliers. Comfortable managing both high-level strategy and day-to-day project execution
• Leading the U.S. operations, overseeing business strategy, financial performance, and market expansion
• Managing relationships with major OEMs  & Tier 1,2 suppliers
• Supervising project execution, including quotation, order management, and supplier coordination
• Acting as the primary liaison between our U.S. operations and headquarters in South Korea
• Strategic Leadership & Business Development. Client Management and Sales Activities
• Cross-Cultural Communication & HQ Collaboration. Regulatory Compliance & Financial Oversight
• Quotation Tasks (Work shared with Sale Equipment & Issue Resolutions Team)
• Engineering Change Order (ECO) Management. Project Schedule & Execution
• Procurement & Supplier Management
• Client & Internal Meetings. Engineering & Production Oversight
• Equipment & Issue Resolution. Document & Compliance Management
• Team & Workforce Management (Man-Day Management)
• Payment & Financial Oversight (Shared with Sales Team)
• Travel
