Pay and Positions

• $25.00 to $35.00 per hour, based on experience

Job Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including tractors, backhoes, bobcats, skid steers, concrete saws, and jackhammers
• Occasionally drive a dual-axle dump truck (CDL required, no air brakes)
• Perform physically demanding work including lifting, digging, and moving materials
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Maintain a professional and presentable appearance on all job sites

Schedule and Hours

• 50 to 60 hours per week
• Monday through Friday
• Three days with 10 to 12 hour shifts
• Two days with 12 to 14 hour shifts
• Start time is 7:00 AM
• Weekly overtime available

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean Motor Vehicle Record if driving
• Ability to pass a five-panel drug test with no THC
• Clean background check
• Prior experience operating landscaping or heavy equipment preferred
• CDL preferred for employees driving dump trucks
