Express Employment is actively seeking a cleaning and restoration technician. The selected candidates will be responsible for restoring properties affected by water, fire, mold, or other disasters. This involves assessing damage, performing cleaning, and executing repairs to ensure the property is safe and habitable.

Qualified candidates would need to have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Must be punctual and self-motivated, willing to show up every day, ready to work. 

Responsibilities:

• Damage Assessment: Assess the level of damage caused by various incidents such as fire, water, mold, and other disasters. 

• Cleaning and Sanitization: Clean and sanitize affected areas and belongings to mitigate health risks and restore the property. 

• Water Extraction and Drying: Execute water extraction and drying services to prevent additional damage and mold proliferation. 

• Mold Remediation: Tackle mold issues, including removal and preventive measures, to ensure a healthy environment. 

• Debris Removal: Clear away debris and dispose of damaged materials properly.

• Repair and Restoration: Repair or replace damaged structures and materials to restore the property to its original condition. 

• Contents Handling: Clean, store, and transport affected items, distinguishing salvageable goods and preparing them for return to their owners. 

• Documentation and Communication: Keep precise records of all work completed and communicate effectively with clients and team members. 

• Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment. 

• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and operate cleaning and restoration equipment properly.

• Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service, particularly during stressful circumstances.
