Express Employment has partnered with a local manufacturer in Grays Harbor to fill several production positions. We are looking for entry level mill workers that are not afraid to put in a hard days’ work, who are punctual and have stellar attendance.

This is a day shift position working 7am-330pm Monday through Friday with some Saturdays and pays $18.50 an hour with production bonuses upon eligibility!

Job Duties Could Include:

• Saw operations to cut lumber down to job specific sizes
• Operating and maintaining stacker machines to palletize lumber
• Hand stacking of lumber onto pallets
• Operating industrial presses to meet production expectations
• Operating pneumatic nail guns for building custom products
• General cleanup to include clearing saw dust, end pieces and broken boards, ect.
• Basic hand tool operation

Requirements:

• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly
• Ability to work safely and efficiently
