Pay: Starting at $19.80/hour

Schedule: Full-time, 4x10, 5:30PM-4AM (Mon-Thurs)

Location: On-site in Carbondale, PA

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacture parts and products by performing various tasks, including preforming, fabricating, assembling, cleaning, drying, packing, foaming, and operating equipment.
• Follow detailed instructions and established procedures to ensure production meets quality standards.
• Set up, perform minor repairs, and operate machines and equipment.
• Inspect products for conformance to specifications and report any discrepancies.
• Maintain inventory of materials and supplies and communicate order needs as necessary.
• Adapt to tasks across different departments and demonstrate cross-training capabilities.

Qualifications:

Required-

• High school diploma or GED, or 1+ year of related experience/training.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Mechanically inclined with a basic understanding of production standards and procedures.
• Computer proficiency and attention to detail.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment drug, alcohol, and background screening.

Preferred-

• Strong teamwork and adaptability in a manufacturing environment.
• Initiative and capacity to develop new skills or take on more complex responsibilities.
• Reliability in completing tasks and meeting production deadlines.
