Working for leading wholesale distributor of HVAC parts and products. The company was founded in 1953 and has grown into a trusted partner for contractors, offering one of the broadest selections or equipment, genuine OEM parts, and installation & maintenance supplies.
Job Duties:
Greet and assist customers at the sales counter in a friendly and professional manner
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, parts, and solutions
Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability
Process sales orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently in the POS system
Pull, stage, and prepare orders for pickup or delivery
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked counter area
Coordinate with warehouse staff on inventory, backorders, and special orders
Resolve customer issues or escalate to management when necessary
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
Stay updated on product lines, promotions, and industry trends
Assist with inventory counts and general store/warehouse tasks as needed
Monday- Friday
8am to 5pm
