Responsibilities:

• Oversee maintenance operations of our meat processing facility.
• Ensure all equipment, machinery, and systems operate efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee all maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment and systems promptly to minimize downtime.
• Lead and run root cause analysis events as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs through a CMMS.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
• Work with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repair services.

Experience Required:

• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.
• Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration systems.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and supervise a team of maintenance technicians.
• Experience in conducting performance evaluations and providing ongoing training and development.
• Strong adherence to safety policies and procedures.
