Key Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting – Prepare & analyze monthly financial statements, ensuring compliance with dealership & manufacturer guidelines.
Financial Planning & Analysis – Develop strategies to improve profitability and ROI.
Expense Management – Identify cost-saving opportunities & guide expense control.
Accounting Operations – Maintain financial records & ensure GAAP compliance.
Tax Compliance – Oversee tax reporting & ensure timely payments.
Cash Management – Optimize cash flow & minimize financial risk.

Requirements:
 3-5+ years in an automotive dealership as a Controller or Business Manager.
 Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred (not mandatory).
 Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial regulations, & industry best practices.
 Proficiency in CDK (preferred) & Microsoft Excel.
 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, & communication skills.
 Detail-oriented, organized, & able to meet deadlines.
