Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Recruiting Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in attracting and selecting top talent to meet the needs of our organization. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of various recruitment tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions within the organization.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Managing all online applications.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on candidate status and feedback.
• Participate in talent acquisition initiatives, including employer branding and outreach programs.
• Assign appropriate skills assessment, BG Check & Drug Screen.

Skills

• Proficiency in interviewing techniques and candidate assessment methods.
• Must be reliable.
• Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices and internal recruiting processes.
• Excellent research skills to identify potential candidates through various channels.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with talent management concepts is a plus.
