2nd Shift
Will be on phones 100% of time, answering service for doctors/lawyers/apartment complexes/etc., must have pleasant phone voice, be helpful and patient, MUST be able to type a minimum of 35 WPM by E-Skills test. The associate will take 2 more tests with client during interview (typing and spelling). NO CELL PHONES ON OR ALLOWED, it is a HIPPA violation for client. Must be someone who can be dependable and arrive ON TIME. This is HIGH VOLUME work with an average 35 calls/hour at about 2 minutes per call. Must talk/speak clearly, listen well, take down accurate information.
