Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Duties:
Oversee and support production, quality, engineering, and sales teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Develop and execute a plan to grow revenue.
Improve processes, reduce costs, and integrate new technology using Six Sigma and lean principles.
Track key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Manage CNC machining operations, optimizing schedules and resources to meet safety and quality standards.
Work with the engineering team to refine product designs and streamline production.
Ensure compliance, leading audits and reviews.
Develop and manage budgets to align with financial and strategic goals.
Support the sales team in identifying new market opportunities and guiding product offerings.
Communicate with corporate leadership, providing insights and reports to drive growth.
Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining efficiency and profitability.
Foster a positive and motivated work environment.
Qualifications:
6+ years in manufacturing management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
Experience in CNC machining and metal manufacturing environments.
Background in managing ISO-certified and ITAR-compliant operations.
Experience scaling a business in the $5M-$20M revenue range.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or business preferred.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate employees at all levels.
In-depth knowledge of CNC machining, production processes, and quality standards.
Proven ability to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize operations.
Business acumen in budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with ERP systems, manufacturing software, and data-driven decision-making.
