Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Process Quality Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for performing in-line quality inspections while monitoring production, accurately packaging small precision parts, and ensuring all products meet company quality standards.

This role requires excellent hand dexterity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with very small components. The ideal candidate is patient, meticulous, and takes pride in producing quality work.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform in-line quality inspections during the manufacturing process.
• Inspect small parts for defects, damage, and quality issues.
• Package finished parts accurately according to customer and production specifications.
• Monitor machine output to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Remove and report defective or non-conforming parts.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Follow all quality control procedures and work instructions.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures.
• Work closely with production team members to maintain efficiency and quality.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or quality inspection experience preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify small defects.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to handle and package very small parts with accuracy.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of quality.
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Physical Requirements

• Stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Frequently use hands and fingers to handle small parts and packaging materials.
• Excellent close-up vision and attention to fine details.
• Ability to perform repetitive hand movements throughout the day.
• Lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
