Industrial Safety Nurse

Location: Pine Bluff, AR
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (Nights)

Pay Rate: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour DOE

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a full-time night shift RN, LPN, or Paramedic, as well as part-time/as-needed candidates, to provide medical support at an industrial facility in Pine Bluff, AR. This role is responsible for responding to workplace injuries, monitoring employee health, and supporting workplace safety initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid and treatment for occupational injuries.
• Conduct employee health screenings and basic medical assessments.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician guidelines and scope of practice.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and incident records.
• Educate employees on workplace safety, injury prevention, and wellness programs.
• Work closely with safety personnel and management to maintain a safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Active RN, LPN, or Paramedic license/certification in the state of Arkansas.
• Previous healthcare, occupational health, or emergency medical experience preferred.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in an industrial setting.
