Job Title: Recruitment Co-op
Location: 377 Burnhamthorpe Road, Mississauga, Canada
Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Mon-Fri)

Job Description: 

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Co-op to assist our team in the hiring process. In this role, you will support the team by sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. You will also be responsible for answering calls, reaching out to clients and candidates, and assisting with job postings. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to candidate and client inquiries.
• Reach out to candidates to schedule interviews and provide updates.
• Post job openings on various platforms and screen resumes.
• Assist with coordinating interviews and conducting reference checks.
• Maintain and update candidate records in the database.
• Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (preferably in HR, Business, or related fields).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
