Do you have experience in welding, fabrication, machining, or quality control and want to take the next step in your career? We're seeking a detail-oriented Estimator to join a growing custom metal fabrication team. This is an excellent opportunity to use your hands-on shop experience to help plan projects, prepare quotes, and support customers from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Review blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
✔ Develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and production time
✔ Utilize knowledge of welding, machining, cutting, forming, fitting, and finishing processes
✔ Collaborate with engineering, production, and customers to define project requirements
✔ Prepare detailed quotes and support project planning efforts

Qualifications:
✔ Experience in metal fabrication, welding, machining, or quality control
✔ Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings
✔ Strong understanding of fabrication processes and shop operations
✔ Excellent math, communication, and organizational skills
✔ Estimating or production planning experience is helpful but not required
✔ High School Diploma or GED
