Position Overview:

As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for producing high-tolerance components using CNC milling equipment. You'll work closely with a dedicated team to ensure that all parts meet exact specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and program CNC milling machines for production runs

• Read and interpret technical blueprints and engineering drawings

• Calibrate tools and align machine parts for optimal performance

• Perform in-process and final part inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges

• Troubleshoot machining issues and maintain equipment as needed

• Collaborate with team members to refine processes and improve efficiency

Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience in CNC milling (programming, setup, and operation)

• Experience with live tooling and advanced machining methods preferred

• Solid understanding of machining principles, materials, and metal cutting

• Proficient in reading G-code and working with CNC control systems

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work

• Excellent math skills and mechanical problem-solving abilities

• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work well within a team environment
