Express Employment Professionals are seeking a hardworking candidate for a full-time, Preventative Maintenance, Day shift position for a great company in Cache Valley!

Responsibilities for the Preventative Maintenance Technician:

• Dis-amble and dis-amble tanks, silos, Safety, chemicals, wash silos, changing valves, painting, labeling, height
• Oversees boiler and evaporator, cooler towers, chemical usage and interact with outside contractor
• On- Call every fourth weekend, checking valves and that pumps are working properly
• Test water for PH, bacteria
• Assist with general cleaning as needed
• Follow good manufacturing, safety, and quality assurance practices
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements for the Preventative Maintenance Technician:

• One year of previous manufacturing and industrial machines preventative maintenance experience preferred
• Basic understanding of machine operations and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Physically able to stand, walk, and lift
• Flexible and dependable with reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check (Including THC)

Compensation and Hours for the Preventative Maintenance Technician:

• Starting pay is $23/hour
• Shifts Available: Day shift: Mon-Fri 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
• Must have open availability and be able to work occasional weekends
