This includes tasks like cleaning, maintenance, and providing support for other staff. They are responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for guests or residents. This position requires working weekends (Friday and Saturday) as part of the mandatory schedule.

Cleaning:

This involves a wide range of tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing, and scrubbing various surfaces like floors, walls, windows, and furniture. 

Maintenance:

Housemen may handle minor repairs like fixing leaky faucets, replacing light bulbs, or unclogging toilets.
