An established wedding gown manufacturer in the Lawrence and Keele area is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join their team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients by engaging with customers online, on the phone, and on social media. You will also be a part of the company's customer service team, answering questions and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Experience in the wedding gown or clothing industry is preferred, and working knowledge of CHAT GPT is an asset. Along with a very good understanding of social media and proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally

• Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
• Participate actively in our Social Media team, engaging with and responding to various social media posts
• Familiarity with telephone technique and skills, demonstrated verbal communication skills, and ability to convey information clearly and effectively
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the wedding gown or clothing industry is preferred
• Proficient computer skills
