3-4 days/week (rotating weekends)

We are seeking a highly motivated, Front Desk Reservation clerk for a busy RV Resort YEAR ROUND. 

 

This candidate must have an outgoing personality, proficient knowledge of operating a multi-line phone system and excellent phone and communication skills. 

 

Duties:

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Answering inquires and providing requested information 
• Making and confirming reservations
• Check in guests upon arrival 
• Make suggestions regarding local attractions and events 

 

Requirements:

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptionally proficient in Excel, Word and Data Entry
• Willingness to learn new computer software
• Demonstrate a knowledge of surrounding attractions
• Team Player
• Multi-tasker and work well under pressure
• Detail oriented, organized and efficient
• Work well with supervision or independently
• Excellent work ethic
• Punctual
