Express Employment Professionals is now hiring Summer Assemblers for 3M Red Wing on all shifts. No experience needed — full hands‑on training provided. If you want great pay, steady hours, and a positive work environment, this is the perfect summer opportunity.

 

Available Schedules:

·         1^st shift:

o   7:00am – 3:30pm (Mon-Fri)

o   5:00am – 3:30pm (Mon – Thurs.)

·         2^nd shift:

o   3:00pm – 11:00pm (Mon-Fri)

o   3:30pm – 2:00am (Mon-Thurs.)

·         3^rd shift:

o   11:00pm – 7:00am (Mon – Fri)

o   8:30pm – 7:00am (Tues – Fri)

What You’ll Do

(Training provided — great for first‑time manufacturing workers!)

• Assemble and fasten parts
• Follow simple blueprints
• Sew components
• Perform quality checks
• Work with small tools
• Rotate between tasks throughout the shift

 

What You’ll Need

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to stand and move for the full shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Drug screen, background check & coordination assessment
• At least 6 months of work experience (any industry)
