Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure optimal performance
• Verify that all product batches meet company specifications
• Ensure correct plates are used during production runs
• Inspect products to confirm proper weight, size, and quality standards
• Follow all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) safety procedures when addressing machine jams or performing end-of-shift breakdowns
• Shut down equipment and notify a supervisor immediately if a blockage occurs
• Accurately complete all required daily production and safety paperwork
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Previous machine operator experience, preferably in a food manufacturing environment
• Prior experience in production or manufacturing settings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
• Solid and consistent work history
• Ability to follow safety procedures and work in a fast-paced environment
