1^st Shift – 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (Monday – Friday)

Pay: $17 - $18.50, with opportunity for pay increase once hired on

Location: Woodville, Wisconsin

General Summary: Join a team that specializes in thin-film and adhesive converting. We are well established in multiple industries, such as Automotive, Medical, Industrial, Electronic, and Large Format Signage. Along with the converting of materials, we can also assemble, and package finished goods.

Job Duties:

· Effectively manage customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.

· Service new and existing accounts.

· Accurately and efficiently enter orders.

· Work with the sales and engineering team to provide quotations to customers.

· Handle complaints, work with the cross functional teams to provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.

· Keep records of customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems.

· Recommend products or services by asking fact finding questions.

· Expedite orders and quotations when needed.

· Manage inventory of owned or customer supplied materials.

· Take the extra mile to engage customers.

· Help production when available.

 Requirements:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Computer skills, including ordering systems and Microsoft Office.
• Dependable and independent transportation.
• Excellent attendance.
• Relevant experience is preferred.
