What Your Day Will Look Like:

• Responding to residential and commercial water loss incidents
• Removing damaged materials and setting up drying equipment
• Performing restoration work on properties affected by water or fire damage
• Adapting to a dynamic work environment—every day brings new challenges!
• Ensuring seamless communication with team members and clients
• Keeping job sites clean and safe at all times

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Passion for customer service and helping others
• Experience in water mitigation (required)
• IICRC Water Damage Restoration certification (a plus!)
• Restoration experience in both residential & commercial settings (preferred)
• Ability to use power tools for material removal
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Willingness to work in various environments (hot, cold, or wet)
• Willingness to be on a rotating on-call schedule every 3 weeks (Mon-Thurs or Fri-Sun)
