  Job Overview:

  We are seeking professional and customer-service-oriented Concierges to join our team at a prestigious Bozzuto property in Washington, DC. The Concierge will serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests, ensuring a welcoming and secure environment. The ideal candidate will be highly professional, well-groomed, and possess strong communication skills.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Provide information about the property, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Monitor access points and maintain a secure environment.
  • Address resident inquiries and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.

  Requirements:

  • Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or a concierge role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Professional appearance and attire are required.
  • Availability to work assigned shifts, including nights and weekends.
