Local Senior Community needs a Maintenance Tech immediately! $17-$19 per hour. Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm. Job Duties Include: Replace burned out light bulbs to include exit lights, ceiling lights, overhead lights, fluorescent lights, room call lights, hang towel bar/racks, service heating and cooling systems, plumbing, electrical, clean windows, replace window screens, plastering, and groundskeeping.
