Material Handler - 1st and 2nd Shift

Salary: $20-$23.50/hr

We have partnered with a growing company looking to hire Material Handlers to keep equipment supplied with raw materials, keep accurate inventories of raw materials (cycle count), and inspect finished material for quality.

Shifts Available:

1st Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm; Monday - Friday

 

Responsibilities:

• Keep equipment supplied with raw materials
• Load materials correctly into the equipment
• Complete proper testing to ensure customer specifications are met
• Inspect materials for defects
• Enter data into the specific computer system
• Assist the machine operator whenever necessary
• Retain machine inventory on a daily basis
• Operate stand-up forklifts

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in warehouse environment is required
• Stand up forklift and/or sit-down forklift experience is required
• Experience with inventory, cycle counts preferred
• Ability to calculate basic math figures, such as addition, subtraction, and division
