A leading Springfield manufacturer is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Project Manager / Inside Sales Representative to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to combine project management and inside sales responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, preparing project estimates, and managing projects through the order-writing phase. This is an on-site position with occasional regional travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and sales growth within the assigned region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and sales representatives.
• Prepare and manage project estimates and quotations.
• Accurately estimate commercial aluminum window and door projects.
• Manage projects from initial inquiry through order processing and completion.
• Collaborate with regional sales representatives to identify new opportunities and strengthen customer relationships.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to support business growth.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain professionalism and represent the company positively in all interactions.
• Travel up to 25% within the region as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years of inside sales, outside sales, project management, or related experience.
• Previous experience estimating and managing commercial construction projects preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
