Call Center Representative – Collections Department

We are an education company looking for experienced Call Center Representatives to join our Collections department. This is a temp-to-hire position offering a dynamic work environment and the chance to grow with a supportive team.

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years of collections experience
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping people
• Ability to manage high-volume calls while maintaining a positive attitude

• Starting Pay: $25/hr + commissions (once hired full-time)
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
