Certified Welder – Bridge Manufacture

Pay: $18–$20 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and certified welder to join the team. The ideal candidate will have experience in structural welding and the ability to work from blueprints while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics

• Perform welding and fabrication tasks using various tools and equipment

• Ensure all work meets required quality standards and specifications

• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within budget

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety protocols and procedures

Welding Test Requirement

• Must be able to complete a 3G Double Bevel 3/8" plate with a 3/8" backer

• 1/4" roots uphill on 3/8" plate

• Pulse MIG test required

Qualifications

• D1.1 and D1.5 certified (required)

• Experience in structural or bridge fabrication preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
