Express Employment Professionals is looking for experienced Restoration Technicians who are familiar in the restoration industry, especially in water damage restoration, fire restoration and mold remediation.

Job Description

• Conduct evaluations of water, fire, and smoke damage in buildings.
• Conduct mitigation tasks like securing job sites, demolition, cleanup, and equipment setup to restore properties.
• Operate industrial restoration equipment such as air movers, dehumidifiers, and moisture meters.
• Conduct water extraction, structural drying, deodorization, and content cleaning.
• Ensure all work meets environmental standards and passes clearance tests.
• Recognize safety hazards and follow safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of your team and clients.

Experience:

• At least 1 year of experience in disaster restoration or a similar industry.
• IICRC certifications such as: WRT, ASD, AMRT, MRS, FSRT, CDS, BMI, or other mold remediation certifications a plus.
• Must have a valid California driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must have a clean background
• Be able to work independently and RELIABLE
• Must be able to consistently lift up to 50lbs regularly
