Steel Trader / Export Sales

Job Summary:

Express Employment Professionals in Miami Dade South is currently hiring an Inside Sales Representative for a local Heavy Equipment Dealer in the South Dade area. The ideal candidate has a strong background in pipe and steel sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings prior sales management experience. This is a permanent full-time position with excellent benefits and long-term growth potential.

Requirements:

  •         Manage inside sales for pipe and steel products; prepare accurate sales quotes, follow up with customers, and close deals to meet revenue targets
  •         Source and purchase materials at competitive prices; conduct market analysis to identify trends, pricing opportunities, and new business prospects
  •         Coordinate logistics for domestic and export shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery in compliance with trade regulations
  •         Build and maintain strong client relationships; provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle

Schedule & Pay:

  •         Monday to Friday | Full Time | Permanent
  •         Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 per year (based on experience)

Qualifications:

  •         Minimum 3 years of experience in steel/pipe sales required; prior sales management experience is a must
  •         Strong knowledge of steel products, pricing, and market dynamics; experience with export sales and international logistics a plus
  •         English required; bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred — strong communication and negotiation skills essential
  •         Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
