About the Role:
Express Employment is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Human Resources Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in HR with a well-established and dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the full-cycle recruiting process, including phone screening, scheduling interviews, and preparing offer letters

• Manage pre-employment paperwork and background screening orders

• Coordinate and monitor new hire correspondence and onboarding activities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases

• Provide general administrative support to the HR department

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
