What You'll Be Doing
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist 20-40 customers per day
- Respond to billing inquiries and resolve customer concerns
- Track and measure customer survey completion following calls
- Handle escalated customer issues professionally and efficiently
- Enter and maintain accurate customer information and records
- Provide outstanding customer service while utilizing multiple software platforms
What We're Looking For
- Customer service experience with the general public preferred
- Experience in call center, billing, reception, or data entry environments preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Computer savvy with the ability to quickly learn new platforms
- Technically inclined with strong problem-solving skills
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Professional, level-headed, and comfortable handling escalated situations
- Outgoing personality with a desire to be part of a close-knit team
- Willingness to ask questions and learn from others
