Job Summary:
A company in Tarrant, Alabama, is hiring a Weight Master for long-term employment. This is a great opportunity for a dedicated, hardworking individual seeking a stable position with room for growth.

Schedule & Pay:

• $15/hr
• Up to 7 days a week
• Shifts: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, or 10pm-6am

• Must have a spotless driving history and pass a background check.
• Drug-free: You must be able to pass a drug screening and maintain a drug-free work environment.
• Previous driving experience is essential for the role. You will be expected to operate company vehicles as part of your daily duties.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and take pride in doing a great job. You will be expected to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic email and data entry experience: Comfortable using basic computer software for communication and data management.
• Ability to stay focused and organized in a fast-paced work environment.
• Clear and effective communication is key in this role, both within the team and with management.
• We’re looking for someone who is ready to grow with the company and be part of a long-term team.
