🔧 What You’ll Do

• Set up, adjust, and operate metal forming machines

• Interpret blueprints, samples, and technical drawings

• Measure and inspect finished parts with calipers, gauges, and precision tools

• Monitor machine speed and performance, making necessary adjustments

• Troubleshoot and correct machine issues quickly

• Perform basic cleaning, lubrication, and maintenance on equipment

• Input or fine-tune machine commands for accuracy and quality

✅ What You Bring

• Strong math and measurement skills (including metric conversions)

• Ability to read tape measure down to 1/16"

• Basic blueprint reading experience

• Familiarity with calipers, gauges, or similar precision tools

• Mechanical aptitude with solid problem-solving ability

• Dependability and attention to detail
