We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will be the face of the dining experience—welcoming guests, guiding them through the menu, and ensuring exceptional service from start to finish. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love creating memorable moments, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival
  • Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations based on guest preferences
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff
  • Serve food and drinks efficiently and with attention to detail
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to requests or concerns professionally
  • Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness throughout the shift
  • Process payments accurately using POS systems
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
  • Uphold the restaurant’s standards for hospitality, presentation, and professionalism

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a server or in customer service is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (if applicable)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in upscale or high-volume dining environments
  • Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and food pairings
  • Food Handler’s or Alcohol Server Certification (as required by local regulations)
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus
