Job Description: As a Transformer Winder, you will play a crucial role in the production of electrical transformers. You will be responsible for winding coils, operating winding machines, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wind coils for electrical transformers according to specifications and blueprints.
• Operate and maintain winding machines and related equipment.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet industry standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve winding and machine operation issues as they arise.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in machine operation is required.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of electrical components and systems is a plus.
