2nd Shift Maintenance

Located in Horicon, WI

Salary: $22/hr

Now hiring in Horicon for a 2nd shift Maintenance Technician! Work is done in a climate controlled plastics facility! This company is looking for a long-term fit, since there are many opportunities for growth internally. 

Pay: $22/hour based on experience; PLUS $2/hour shift differential once hired on

Schedule: Monday-Friday 2pm-10pm, Overtime may be available

Work includes:

• Perform repairs, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting for electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
• Assist maintenance manager with equipment calibrations
• Perform preventive maintenance in accordance to company work instructions and procedures.
• Generates daily work logs to track work orders and status of ongoing projects to ensure projects and repairs are completed in a timely manner.
• Recommends and enforces maintenance policies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of maintenance or equivalent work experience
• Working knowledge of electrical circuits, PLC troubleshooting, repair, and programming.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical P&ID drawings and applied knowledge operating systems up to 3Ph and 480Vac.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Associate degree in industrial or mechanical Technology or related field.
• Previous experience working within a highly technical environment.
• Journeyman certification, preferably from a field involving electrical systems, heating systems, plumbing, machine repair, hydraulics, and/or pneumatics
