Salary: $21-22 an hour

Position: Heat Treat Operator

Location: Fairfield, OH 

Compensation: $21-23 an hour 

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Control and monitor heat treat furnaces according to written procedures.
• Prepare materials for processing, including loading and unloading furnaces, bins, fixtures, and baskets.
• Identify and report any unusual problems or irregularities to the supervisor.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment by following all safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
• Participate in cross-training opportunities to develop additional skills.

Requirements:

• Must have 2 years of furnace operating experience. 
• Ability to follow written instructions and shop orders.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or heat-treating environment is a plus.
