Express Employment Professionals are seeking a detail-oriented and diligent Data Entry Clerk to join a local company in East Texas. This role primarily involves sitting and requires the ability to accurately input and balance various forms of payments, including checks, credit cards, and cash. You will be responsible for comparing amounts on-screen with physical payment records and researching any discrepancies that arise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input data accurately into the system, ensuring all payment information is correct.
• Balance and reconcile money, checks, and payments.
• Compare payment amounts on the screen with physical records to ensure accuracy.
• Research and resolve discrepancies in payment information.
• Handle trays with payments (up to 20 lbs.).

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Excel and computer data entry.
• Previous experience in data entry, banking, or any role requiring attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
