Express Employment has partnered with a local company in Dubuque, IA, to search for an experienced Mason. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in masonry work and will be responsible for constructing and repairing structures made of brick, block, and stone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct and repair structures made of brick, block, and stone.
• Read and interpret blueprints and plans.
• Mix mortar and grout, and spread it onto a slab or foundation.
• Lay bricks, blocks, or stones according to plans.
• Ensure the structural integrity and aesthetics of the masonry work.
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to complete projects on time.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in masonry work.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
