Pest Control Technician

As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for performing inspections, applying pest control treatments, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. You will ensure that all pest management procedures comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect homes, businesses, and other properties for signs of pest infestations.
Apply safe and effective pest control treatments, including sprays, traps, and baits.
Identify and address various pest problems such as rodents, insects, termites, etc.
Communicate with customers to explain treatment plans, preventative measures, and follow-up steps.
Maintain accurate service records, including treatment details, client information, and inventory.
Operate pest control equipment safely and in compliance with regulations.
Provide ongoing recommendations to clients regarding pest prevention strategies.
Follow all safety protocols, including the proper handling and disposal of pesticides.

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Previous experience in pest control or a related field is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Knowledge of pest biology, pest control methods, and safety procedures.
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Must be able to lift and carry equipment as needed.
State-required pest control certification (if applicable) or willingness to obtain one.
