Express Employment Professionals is now hiring full-time Mechanical Assemblers in Dayton, OH, for 1st shift with a pay rate of $20.00/hour. This position is an Evaluation Hire.

Shift Options: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am-2:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Assemble components based on blueprints and technical drawings (BOMs).
• Follow step-by-step instructions
• Utilize basic hand tools for the assembly process.
• Ensure quality control by reviewing each completed step before progressing.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Basic shop math and measurement skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, pushing, and pulling.
