Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components using blueprints, technical drawings, and Bills of Material (BOMs)
• Follow step-by-step assembly instructions to ensure accuracy and quality
• Use basic hand tools to complete mechanical assemblies
• Inspect completed work to maintain quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Basic shop math and measurement skills
• Experience using hand tools in a manufacturing or mechanical environment
• Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with physical work including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, pushing, and pulling
