What You’ll Do:

As a Recruiter, you'll be the vital link between job seekers and local businesses. Your responsibilities will include:

• Matching qualified candidates with available job opportunities

• Reviewing applications and conducting initial screenings

• Scheduling and coordinating interviews

• Building relationships with clients and candidates

• Supporting the office team in meeting performance goals

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment

• Positive, friendly, and energetic personality

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Familiarity with standard business practices and office procedures

• High school diploma or GED (required)
